K K Geo System provides character and prop 3D scanning for VFX and CGI requirements. We agree the subject, capture setup and output with your production team so the scan can support the intended asset-development workflow.

Deliverables and scope

Scan data or mesh outputs to an agreed specification. Texture capture, mesh cleanup and any further asset preparation must be defined in the quotation. Rigging, animation and production-ready topology are not assumed to be included.

What we need for a quotation

Tell us the subjects or props, dimensions, number of assets, location, available capture time, intended software workflow and geometry/texture requirements. Character capture also requires agreed participant permissions.

Offices in Ahmedabad and Jamshedpur support on-site services across India. Capture arrangements are agreed for each assignment.

1. Review: supply subject or prop size, appearance, intended use and file requirements.
2. Define: confirm agreed character or prop capture and scan processing, reference data, access or file-transfer arrangements and the deadline.
3. Execute and check: complete the commissioned work and review the agreed coverage and outputs.
4. Deliver: provide scoped digital scan or mesh files with the agreed supporting information.

What should you know about the results?

Agree capture conditions, coverage and production handoff requirements. A scan deliverable should not automatically be described as an animation-ready asset.
