When should you use this service?

We support existing-building documentation through laser scanning and Scan-to-BIM. Indian customers can commission on-site capture. Overseas customers can supply their point clouds for remote modelling and drawing activity. Model disciplines and information requirements are agreed before work begins.

Share a sample point cloud, building area, required disciplines, modelling detail, coordinate requirements, delivery format and deadline.

How is the assignment organised?

1. Review: supply sample point cloud, units, coordinates, disciplines and model detail.
2. Define: confirm reconstruct agreed building elements from available coverage, reference data, access or file-transfer arrangements and the deadline.
3. Execute and check: complete the commissioned work and review the agreed coverage and outputs.
4. Deliver: provide bim model and commissioned drawings with the agreed supporting information.

What should you know about the results?

Agree structural, architectural and MEP scope separately. Model detail and information requirements should be defined by intended use rather than a blanket detail claim.
