Our plant services cover on-site laser scanning in India and remote as-built modelling from customer-supplied data worldwide. Customers can engage us for scanning only, modelling and drawings only, or a combined assignment.

What experience supports this service?

Experience includes operating LNG facilities, refinery areas, chemical plants, tank farms and power-plant piping between boiler and turbine areas. Our teams have also undertaken offshore-platform scanning.

What should you send for a quotation?

Provide the plant area or sample data, equipment and systems to cover, output requirements, access or shutdown constraints and schedule.

How is the assignment organised?

1. Review: supply point clouds or site access, entity list and coordinate reference.
2. Define: confirm agreed piping, structures and equipment modelling, reference data, access or file-transfer arrangements and the deadline.
3. Execute and check: complete the commissioned work and review the agreed coverage and outputs.
4. Deliver: provide as-built model and specified plant drawings with the agreed supporting information.

What should you know about the results?

A geometric model does not establish pipe contents, material specifications or equipment condition. Such attributes require reliable customer records.
